Gary Cozens promoted to Operations Director
UPOWA is excited to announce the promotion of Gary Cozens from Head of Operations to Operations Director.
This promotion reflects Gary’s hard work, commitment and dedication to UPOWA over the last 13 years. In his new role, Gary will spend more of his time ensuring that our expanding regional operations consistently work as safely and efficiently as possible to hit delivery targets, while maintaining an enhanced focus on health and safety on site.
Gary will be working closely with Managing Director Paul Terry and the wider team within the Brickability Group to ensure UPOWA’s operations are scaling up across the South, South West, Midlands and Eastern regions by our guidelines while introducing new systems to achieve best practices in all delivery areas.
He will be providing day-to-day support for the new regional divisions and operational teams to help shape the company’s future transition as we continue to grow to meet surging demand from our housebuilder client base across the country.
Since joining thirteen years ago as UPOWA’s first project manager, Gary has gone onto to grow the Operational function to where it is today. He has built a team of industry-leading delivery experts made up of solar PV roofers and electricians, operations managers, quality control and training supervisors, schedulers, warehouse operatives and aftercare specialists.
